Founding designer at an AI-native customer support platform serving enterprise clients including Vanta, ClickHouse, Braze, Vercel, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Launchdarkly. Joined as the only product designer and expanded into product ownership, growth, and front-end development.
What I built:
• Led the complete UI overhaul that took product usage from 600 to 12,000 minutes per week, a 20x improvement that turned negative UX feedback into positive reviews
• Designed onboarding flows, lifecycle emails, and in-product prompts that drove 40% activation and 50% conversion to paid
• Started vibe-coding front-end (React, Next.js, APIs) to ship faster and preserve design intent, collapsed QA cycles from weeks to days
• Designed the AI layer: agent workflows, copilot, sentiment analysis, auto-assignment—features that achieved near-100% adoption
• Owned the website in Framer, monitoring performance and iterating based on data

Designed for a product serving lakhs of students. Worked directly with engineers, no PM in between, to ship tools that moved business outcomes.
What I built:
• Designed the complete student placement journey: job applications, resume builder, profile polishing, interview prep, mock interviews, recruiter tools
• Built a sales productivity dashboard for a 600-person sales team. Contributed to delivering $1M revenue increase and 12% productivity improvement
• Designed internal recruiter tools handling huge volumes: matching students to companies, reviewing profiles, managing pipelines
• Led US market expansion: user research, competitive analysis, website, brand positioning—generated 100+ organic leads
